Office hours:
Normal office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 3.30pm, however the varied and dynamic nature of work undertaken by the charity means that staff are not always available to see people straight away, so to avoid disappointment please contact us in advance to arrange appointments or visit our office.

We have a Helpline covered by a team of voluntteers and staff. This is the best place to start with any general help and support, to book a place at our community lunch or afternoon tea, arrange a prescription collection and much more. The Helpline is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm:

Meet the team:
Administrator: Sarah Kellett.
Sarah keeps us all organised and on track. She's also the longest serving member of staff so is a great source of information. Sarah works 15hrs a week, spread over Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Volunteer & Referrals Co-ordinator: Peter Gray
Pete is our eyes and ears on the ground. He liaises with our fantastic team of volunteers (the core of the charity) putting them in touch with people in need of a little help or support. He also liaises with other local organisations we partner with, helping ensure a joined-up approach in Ludlow with charities and social enterprises working together to make Ludlow an even better place to live, if that's possible. Pete is also part-time, 24 hours a week over Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Food Coordinator: Di Garrini
Di is our 'go to' person for all things food. She works closely with our volunteer cooks to help ensure our community lunches are served each Tuesday at Helena Lane and does a great job helping ensure we're able to supply food where it is needed, from hot homemade soups at events like school holiday clubs, to freshly prepared meals which are then frozen and passed to Foodbank for use in their food parcels. Di is also looking at the wider issues of reducing food waste locally be redistributing surplus food and using food as a social event to help reduce loneliness and isolation. Di works 30 hours a week, usually Monday to Thursday.
Operations Manager - Susie O'Hagan.
Susie is responsible for all aspects of work across Hands Together Ludlow including supporting the staff; working with the trustees on strategy and planning; ensuring policies and processes are in place; partnership develpment; budget management and fundraising. Susie works full time but not always from the office.
Community Development Officer - Helen Vaughan
Helen is our Social Prescribing lead. Working with organisations to identify local services and activities including physical and social activities, training, advice as referral and signposting pathways for people through our Social Prescribing contract. Helen's work area includes Ludlow, Craven Arms and Bishops Castle, over almost 19 hours a week, Tuedsay to Thursday.
Trustees
Hands Together Ludlow are very fortunate in having a diverse range of able and commited trustees able to use their extensive and varied experiences to set the challenging strategic direction of the charity and hold the charity to account. Trustees meet regularly in addition to chairing other operational groups and working on a rnage of projects and events between meetings. Our current trustees are:-
