Services & Community Coordinator

                 35hrs a week over 5 days                          £30,689 per annum

Supporting individuals and communities across Ludlow and its rural surroundings, HTL plays a vital role in ensuring people can access the help they need. We are now seeking an exceptional individual to join our committed team as Services and Community Coordinator, helping take the charity into its next stage of development. You will be joining a well-established organisation with strong partnerships, clear procedures and a dedicated staff and volunteer team.

At the heart of our service delivery, you will be the first point of contact for people seeking support, ensuring compassionate triage, referrals and follow-up. You will understand individual needs, maintain accurate records, and follow safeguarding procedures, while working closely with the COO and colleagues to coordinate current projects and contribute to planning new services.

A key part of your role will be strengthening collaboration across the town. You will develop relationships with partner organisations, lead and grow the Ludlow Community Support Network, represent HTL at events and explore innovative ways to support our rural communities.
