One to one friendship to people who will benefit from increased social contact.
The weekly lunch is just one of the events in which we bring our community together to share food in a safe and hospitable environment.
We are able to offer individual support, either thorugh our Help Hub project or by referring and signposting to a seperate organisation.
Find help with learning how to use the internet safely or troubleshoot your digital equipment if you are on a low income.
Get help with filling in on-line forms and a range of other digital-reated support.
Ludlow Men’s Shed provides a social space for men in a DIY environment to have conversation, laughter and a cup of tea.
Housed in our building at 15 Lower Galdeford the community fridge is a space that brings people together to eat, connect, learn new skills and reduce food waste.
A weekly session for anyone to take part in some colouring in a relaxed and safe environment.
A monthly support group for those experiencing Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, ME or anything similar.
Join us for a free, leisurely 30-minute walk in Ludlow, designed to help people get out and about and lead a more active lifestyle.
The Good Grief Cafe is a place to talk, listen and find mutual support through our monthly meetings.
Our Social Space is a warm, welcoming and safe space for anyone to drop in to have refreshments, a chat or a light lunch.
Open Wednesday and Thursday 11am-1:30pm (lunch served from 12pm, last orders 1pm).
A weekly meeting for anyone who would like to play a game of chess, scrabble or have a go at a jigsaw.
Helping those with no other means to get to important appointments.
