Mindful Colouring

 

Our Mindful Colouring sessions offer a chance for people to come and let their minds relax for an hour each week.

Colouring has many benefits for adults and their mental health, including:

  • Promoting mindfullness
  •  Relieve stress and anxiety
  • Improve your focus and attention

Sessions take place on a Thursday morning from 11am-12pm. We have all the supplies, so please just come and give it a go. The session is free to attend, there are refreshments available to purchase for a minimum donation if required.
